About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation & Training Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will:
- Conduct product trainings for new staff and travel industry clients.
- Support Tour Operator clients during Go-Live , identifying gaps, resolving queries, and guiding setup.
- Gather requirements and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD) .
- Analyze client business processes and recommend system configurations.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and user manuals .
Who We’re Looking For:
- Candidates from all tour and travel agencies with experience in operations or travel technology.
