Impex/Export Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily import and export transactions and shipment scheduling
• Ensure compliance with PEZA, BOC, and international trade regulations
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, etc.)
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues promptly
• Ensure accurate tariff classification and customs declarations
• Maintain records and prepare reports for regulatory compliance and audit requirements
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams for shipment planning
• Monitor cost efficiency and recommend improvements in logistics processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree of any related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in import/export operations
