Duties and Responsibilities:
Import/ Export monitoring
- Export declaration preparation
- Commmunicate with forwarder
- Processing at PEZA and OC
- Make approval for Import and Export materials
Local PEZA and BOC processing
- Daily processing of 8106 and 8105 docs
- BOC processing
- LOA application
- Updating liquidation of ledger with PEA
Preparing gate pass and other letters for FTP, CDC and PEZA
Monthly billing report
Pick up/ help SCM supervisor to get quotation from suppliers for those urgent materials.
Job Specifications/ Qualifications:
- With experience required for this role.
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- With experience in Import/Export Process
- With wide knowledge in PEZA and BOC rulings or procedures
