Illiquid Operations Specialist

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the coordination and preparation of all periodic and ad hoc illiquid investment reporting
Work with broader Global Operations team to own / design investment data and reporting including working with service providers on data delivery and process improvement
Setup and maintain core system golden source data including investment structure, deal attributes, and positions in security master
Capture investment transaction data and prepare request for cash movement between entities
Process life cycle events, including fundings and distributions, ensuring compliance with investment agreements (waterfall, fees), tax requirements and investor controls
Setup new illiquid investment/structure including entering deal attributes and positions in system(s) or coordinating details with administrators.
Proactively manage cash activity for each investment relationship including new bank account setup and ongoing account oversight
