Illiquid Operations Specialist

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination and preparation of all periodic and ad hoc illiquid investment reporting
• Work with broader Global Operations team to own / design investment data and reporting including working with service providers on data delivery and process improvement
• Setup and maintain core system golden source data including investment structure, deal attributes, and positions in security master
• Capture investment transaction data and prepare request for cash movement between entities
• Process life cycle events, including fundings and distributions, ensuring compliance with investment agreements (waterfall, fees), tax requirements and investor controls
• Setup new illiquid investment/structure including entering deal attributes and positions in system(s) or coordinating details with administrators.
