Job Description

1. Establish capacity planning and productivity model database.
2. Conduct time and motion study to improve work method.
3. Conduct improvement study and improve workstation layout.
4. Coordinate machine crating and uncrating, transfer inter‑site, to machine vendor, to customer.
5. Prepare plant layout plans, machine layout plans, and workstation layout.
6. Coordinate capacity ramp‑up plan.
7. Maintain and update capacity database when necessary.
8. Coordinate factory expansion and new building.
9. Quality Accountability:
   • Enforce compliance to standard operating procedures and specifications.
   • Address or escalates subordinate feedback.
   • Execute, proliferate, monitor and follow up changes / quality performance.
   • Communicate quality alerts / changes to subordinates and peers in a timely manner.
