ICT Security Operations Assistant-114-001

We are seeking an ICT Security Operations Assistant to join our ICT team, at the Perishable Products Export Control Board.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, administering, and responding to security incidents within the organisation's ICT systems, network, and infrastructure to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring optimal performance of all Cyber Security tools and systems
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reviews across the organisation and compile monthly reports.
• Review and analyse security logs and alerts to identify potential security breaches and threats.
• Manage vulnerability management, manage remediation actions, and provide monthly reporting.
• Conduct quarterly Awareness training.
• Manage daily Cyber Security calls and approvals up to closure.
• To assist recovery of all ICT Systems in case of a disaster
