You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day IT services for employees, covering end-user support, local infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity measures, and vendor coordination.As an IT Manager, you will report to the VP of Infrastructure and be accountable for all on-site IT operations. You will collaborate with central Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to align local IT services with group standards while addressing site-specific needs. Your role is to ensure high availability, strong security, and excellent service quality across end-user computing, networking, and local infrastructure, while leading and developing an on-site IT team and managing external vendors.
