Icims Administrator (Bogotá)

What you will do

• Ensure coverage during the primary administrator’s absence;
• Enhance the team’s capacity to support new initiatives and address system enhancements;
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and build redundancy within the team;
• Perform audits and reporting related to HR and Finance data;
• Support small recruiting tasks and work within iCIMS;
• Build reports, make edits, and conduct system audits;
• Develop fields and workflows in iCIMS;
• Troubleshoot system issues froM/For recruiters (errors, user tickets, change requests);
• Work with sourcing and recruitment teams to ensure smooth system operations.

Must haves

• +3 years of experience in iCIMS administration;
• Familiarity with HR, Recruiting and Finance processes;
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with multiple teams;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
