Requirement1. Highly motivated, proven experience in cross-functional collaboration
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Experience managing and driving high-performing teams
5. 6+ years of experience in semiconductor, especially for advanced wafer fabrication or package
