Suggested Job Title: IBMS (Operative BMS) Techno-Functional Support Analyst L1/L2/L3 (Telecom | SQL | ServiceNow) Job Description Role Description Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk environment Troubleshoot issues in scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules Handle incidents, service requests, and user queries via ticketing tools Perform SQL-based database troubleshooting, data validation, and fixes Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and system integration issues Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure SLA adherence Support user access, configurations, and minor enhancements Work closely with sales, traffic, finance, and technical teams Essential Skills Strong experience in Operative IBMS BMS system Knowledge of broadcast/media workflows (scheduling, ad sales, traffic, billing) Hands-on SQL & database troubleshooting (mandatory) Experience in helpdesk / EUC support environment Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools Stro...
