IBM Software engineer

• Design, develop, perform unit, system, integration and regression testing and implement BPM solutions into production.
• Act as a mentor to assist with the cross-training of existing staff with the best industry practices for developing BPM processes for consumption.
• Perform development tasks that will involve extraction and transfer of data, performing all associated transformations, validations, cleansing, and data preparation for load into the
applicable system(s).
• Work on elements of large, complex installations.
