About the Role
- Strong background in engineering and operational support for large scale IAM infrastructure
- Experience with Ping Suite of products
- Knowledge of Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, and Multi-Factor Authentication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with PingFederate for SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Ability to design, implement and support Single Sign-on (SSO) and federated solutions
- Experience with developing, configuring and maintaining authentication policies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM, SSO and federation issues
- Experience with automation (scripts, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code)
- Ability to collaborate with other engineers and application teams to onboard new applications
