Description du mandat / Mandate description:

Person responsible for managing basic access in a timely manner and basic coordination of customers and vendors.

Create/modify/delete basic access (AD Groups, create new broker accounts, Mainframe, etc.)

Manage the full lifecycle of broker and employee accounts

Manage service SLAs and KPIs, overall quality of GIA service deliverables and drive continuous improvement.

Manage key stakeholders of GIA security services.

Analyze, identify and remediate access risks across systems.
