About the Role
Our client, a global leader in sustainable engineering, architecture and environmental consulting, is seeking an Intermediate Hydrotechnical Engineer to join their Water Resources Technical Team within their Environmental Services Business Line. This is a permanent, full-time, paying a base salary between $94-137k, with a hybrid working model available out of any of their Ontario offices, including Waterloo, London, Markham, Ottawa, Stoney Creek, Thunder Bay and Toronto.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop hydrodynamic models using tools such as MIKE 3, MIKE 21, and Telemac to support coastal and river engineering projects, including environmental impact assessments, remedial designs, and risk evaluations.
- Apply a strong understanding of hydrologic and hydraulic principles, with proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and PCSWMM.
