HVDC Project Quality Manager

**Job Description Summary**
As Project Quality Manager for an HVDC Substation, you'll be responsible for the Quality management and deliverables for an HVDC project.

**Job Description**

Responsibilities

+ Assistant to project managers in quality related matters
+ Ensure interface coordination between all stakeholders
+ Ensure application of the Project Quality Plan (PQP), especially under consideration of Offshore specific requirements
+ Follow-up Project Key Indicators, set up action plans to be back on track in case of deviations
+ Manage Non-conformity for the project, including coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal partners
+ Perform RCA and Non-conformance management, inclusive of 8D and standard tools DMAIC, 5 why, fishbone, pareto methods
+ Animate the Continuous improvement actions for the project, including Lessons Learned
+ Perform Internal Audits
+ Manage Customer complaints until full resolution
