Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• PM and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and components: Boilers and boiler components, Package rooftop systems, Heat Pumps, Unit heaters.
• Boilers and boiler components, Package rooftop systems, Heat Pumps, Unit heaters.
• Respond to and perform emergency and preventative maintenance with detailed reports and strong customer service.
• Strong drive for customer satisfaction.
• Communication skills with customers and team is a key resource to success.
• Recover, recycle, store, and dispose of refrigerants according to environmental regulations.
• Perform minor electrical repairs (controls, contactors, motors, wiring).
• Strong BAS controls background to navigate, diagnose and repair BAS systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance programs on equipment.
• Ability to price and scope out reactive repairs and small projects.
