About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems including ductable units, VRF systems, and DX units
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC performance issues to reduce downtime and ensure system efficiency
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system inspections to identify and fix potential problems early
- Accurately document all maintenance and repair work in service logs and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and company policies at all times
- Work independently or within a team to execute tasks effectively and on time
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as required
