HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced HVAC/Facilities Technician to support a mission-critical medical device manufacturing facility with climate-controlled environments. This role ensures the proper functioning of building systems - including HVAC, boilers, generators, chillers, and Building Automation Systems (BAS) - to maintain environmental compliance for sensitive manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, generators, chillers, compressed air, and compressed gas systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS), including sensors, controllers, actuators, and user interfaces.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all critical building infrastructure.
