1. HVAC Operation & Preventive Maintenance – 30%
Ensure effective operation and routine maintenance of HVAC equipment including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, fans, pumps, DX units, HVAC panels, and control systems.
2. HVAC Repair & Fault Rectification – 30%
Diagnose and rectify faults in HVAC systems such as chillers, AHUs, FCUs, fans, pumps, VRF and DX units.
