This position involves being on a team of technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment. The technician is responsible for coordinating service schedules, managing complex troubleshooting tasks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Success in this role results in enhanced system efficiency, reduced downtime, and increased customer satisfaction. Additionally, the HVAC Service Technician serves as a key liaison between management, clients, and field technicians to facilitate smooth operations and continuous improvement.
