HVAC & Process Engineer

Context:

QTC Recruitment is searching for a HVAC & Process Engineer to be responsible for the operation, reliability, and compliance of cleanroom HVAC and process utility systems (e.g., clean nitrogen, purified water) within a ISO 13485 GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SME for cleanroom HVAC and process utilities.
• Ensure systems meet regulatory, GMP, and internal standards.
• Monitor performance through trending and data analysis.
• Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Manage EMS/BMS systems and related documentation.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.
• Manage contractors and supplier performance.
• Drive continuous improvement for reliability and efficiency.
• Support NCs & CAPAs related to utilities and HVAC systems.
