Your Contribution
As the Development Manager _ HVAC & Powertrain Cooling, you will be responsible for leading development initiatives, overseeing a team of engineers for HVAC and ECM development. The role involves managing the development of new products, enhancing existing ones, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Lead and manage the team and its personnel, achieving project goals.

Oversee all HVAC and ECM projects from concept to launch, setting timelines and ensuring they are adhered to.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Provide technical expertise and technical issue solving to the respective teams whenever necessary.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and MAHLE product development procedures.
