About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Building Engineer (HVAC) to oversee and maintain HVAC systems across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems across assigned buildings
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair VRF systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when necessary
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation
- Respond to HVAC-related concerns and service requests in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
- Proven experience handling HVAC systems, specifically VRF (Mitsubishi Electric or Mitsubishi Heavy)
