**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
+ Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process in line with approved manpower plans.
+ Manage recruitment platforms including **Facebook Page, Line Official Account, and job portals** .
+ Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
+ Prepare employment documents and support onboarding and orientation programs.
+ Maintain updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
**2. HR Administration & Systems**
+ Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems including **EAGLE** .
+ Monitor and administer **IHG Scheduling Tools** for compliance and reporting.
+ Process and verify **casual staff payments** and related payroll documentation.
+ Support HR audits and ensure documentation readiness.
+ Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce statistics.
