Job Description
1、Outsourcing Labor Vendor Management：Manage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
2、Talent Acquisition & Onboarding：Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
3、HR Strategy Alignment：Partner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
4、Performance Management：Take part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.
