Public Sector People are proudly partnering with a Logan City Council on a short term contract. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Officer to come in provide professional and contemporary generalist HR advice, support and assistance to support the HR Business Partnering function:

What you will be doing:
  
Provide professional and contemporary generalist HR advice, support and assistance to support the HR Business Partnering function in the delivery of:

• Performance Management
• Case Management
• Job Evaluation and PD development
• Workforce Planning
• Interpretation and advice on Council’s directives, policies, procedures and relevant industrial instruments
• People related projects, as required.

Ideally we'd love you to have:

• Relevant HR qualifications and experience
• Experience in Local Council or State government is preferre...
