We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead People & Culture initiatives within a high-performance, service-driven hospitality environment. Reporting to the General Manager, this role will play a key part in elevating training standards, reinforcing a culture of accountability and excellence, and strengthening HR systems and compliance practices.
This is an opportunity for an HR leader who thrives operationally but thinks strategically — someone who can build structure, elevate service culture, and drive measurable impact across the property.
