HR Manager (Construction Industry)

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our construction company. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and solid experience handling HR operations in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll and HR operations
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and DOLE requirements
• Implement and improve HR policies and best practices

Qualifications:

• BS Psychology or related course
• At least 3 years of HR managerial experience in the construction industry is required to this position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
