Job Purpose

The HR Manager plays a strategic and operational role in overseeing all human resources functions within the mall. This includes manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, compliance, and HR operations to support -facing teams, and back-office staff. The HR Manager ensures that HR policies and practices promote a high-performing, service-oriented, and compliant work environment aligned with mall objectives.
