Human Resources Manager

We are partnering with a global industrial manufacturer to support the setup and scale-up of a new manufacturing facility in Bahia. This position will be pivotal in establishing the local organization, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations, and serving as a strategic HR advisor to plant leadership throughout a rapid growth phase. The HR Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for all people-related matters at the site, collaborating closely with regional and global HR teams within a shared services framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support the plant’s start-up and expansion phases.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for approximately 60 positions, spanning both white- and blue-collar roles.
