About the Role
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization’s overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead and oversee all HR functions while advising the leadership team on HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Analyze HR metrics and drive initiatives to build a positive and productive work culture.
Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including coordination with vendors and internal HR teams.
Source candidates through headhunting, job portals (especially Naukri), referrals, and internal databases.
Post job openings, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates for junior, mid-level, and senior roles.
