About the Role
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Mumbai
Salary: Up to ₹60,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
⏰ Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s overall HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and oversee all HR functions while advising the leadership team on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and drive initiatives to build a positive and productive work culture.
- Manage and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
- Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including coordination with vendors and internal HR teams.
- Source candidates through headhunting, job portals (especially Naukri), referrals, and internal databases.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates for junior, mid-level, and senior roles.
