Human Resources Manager – Mexico
I. Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & System Building
Develop and implement local HR strategies and execution plans aligned with the company’s business development in Mexico;
Establish and continuously improve HR systems, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations;
Localize and implement group HR policies in Mexico, ensuring alignment with HQ standards and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
2. Recruitment & Talent Management
Lead recruitment planning and execution for Mexico team, covering management and key functional roles;
Build and manage local recruitment channels, including headhunters, job platforms, universities, and government-related resources;
