We are looking for a Human Resources Manager!!!
The leader will have responsibility for the Human Resources department of a company of +2000 employees. The responsibilities will include, coaching and consulting, staffing, workforce strategies/solutions, compensation as well as benefits, training and retention strategies, performance management, and compliance of labor law.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with +10 years of professional experience.
- +8 years of management experience
- Experience in the maquiladora industry is a must
- Experience in HR disciplines such as compensation, talent management, performance management, career development, and employee relations
- Proactive to benchmark with other companies and peers
- Proven track record implementing Retention Strategies
