General Description of the Position
The HR Manager builds and runs a disciplined people system that supports company scale, structure, and performance. The role owns hiring quality, role clarity, performance cycles, policy enforcement, and leadership pipeline development. This position works closely with the Founder and Managing Director to translate company standards into enforceable HR systems and manager practices.
