Human Resources Manager

Overview
We are seeking a mature and experienced People & Engagement Manager to build and sustain a strong, connected, and high-performing team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape people strategy and foster trust across the organization to ensure teams are supported and set up for success.
Schedule:
8-hour workday within operational hours of 8:00 AM–10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee feedback, concerns, and well-being initiatives
Design and lead employee engagement programs, including surveys, recognition initiatives, and team activities
Own and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure consistency and care
Identify trends related to morale, retention, and team dynamics, and lead targeted improvement initiatives
