Dropx Logistics is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all people-related functions across our growing logistics operations. The role encompasses both white-collar and blue-collar workforce management and plays a key part in building a strong organizational culture and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for corporate and field operations roles.
• Oversee and guide field recruiters handling blue-collar hiring at various hubs
• Manage payroll processing, attendance validation, statutory deductions (PF, ESI), and salary disbursement
• Design and implement training, engagement, and retention programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Foster a performance-driven and positive work culture
