We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support the complete spectrum of HR operations while partnering closely with the organisation on key strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our people practices by designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, programs, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for new hires
• Drive performance management processes , including regular feedback and evaluations
• Manage payroll, compensation, and employee benefits accurately and efficiently
• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR policies and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organisational goals
