Job Summary

Reporting to the VP, Training NA, HR and EHS, the HR Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources Department. This position will be required to create meaningful partnerships throughout the organization to create, influence, and promote collaborative leadership to positively contribute to the organizational objectives. The Human Resource Leader will be required to multi-task and manage Human Resource responsibilities in a multi-provincial workplace ensuring an extreme level of integrity and confidentiality.
