During an intensive induction period, your colleagues will support you to familiarize you with our processes.
Your Tasks
• Collaborate with HR teams on various aspects of talent acquisition and management.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate coordination.
• Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires.
• Support HR operations and administration tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and policies.
• Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.
