About the Role
Job Description
The HR Intern will support the L&D team in designing and curating learning modules and training materials from scratch. The intern will assist in content research, instructional design, and preparation of learning assets for upload into the Learning Management System (LMS). This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate training development and digital learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and organizing learning modules, presentations, and training materials
- Conduct research and content curation aligned with learning objectives
- Support basic instructional design and formatting for LMS upload
- Coordinate with L&D team to refine and improve learning content
