Key Responsibilities:
Screen and evaluate candidates to match role requirements and business needs
Source talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoho Recruit, and other platforms
Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records, documentation, and HRIS data accurately
Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
0–1 year of experience in HR (recruitment experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills in English
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
High level of integrity and professionalism
