About the Role
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our outstanding team at the 4flow office in Campinas, Brazil.
What your new challenge will look like- Participating in the spectrum of HR activities such as talent acquisition, onboarding, team member support and offboarding processes;- Identifying and inspiring potential new 4flowers through actively searching on currently used networks, representing 4flow at recruiting events and meeting with new talents to bring them over to 4flow;-
- Taking care of welcome packages and onboarding for new hires;- Managing administrative tasks such as medical exams, personal files, sick leave documents, vouchers and survey links;- Assisting our international team members when needed;- Introducing current trends and ideas and promoting their implementation.
