Role: Functional Workday Recruiting & Compensation Consultant
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)

We are seeking a Workday Recruiting Consultant with deep configuration expertise to support a live, global Workday tenant. This role focuses on Recruiting configuration, vendor transitions, and production support across multiple countries.

- Lead configuration and support of Workday Recruiting module
- Design and maintain Recruiting business processes and workflows
- Support country-specific vendor transitions within Recruiting
- Work directly in a live global Workday production tenant
