Job Title: Workday Functional / Techno Functional Consultant This job is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking for a Workday Functional / Techno Functional Consultant immediately with expertise in Workday business processes, BIRT, dashboards and Workday integrations.

Job duties/accountabilities

Support resolution of backlog tickets related to Workday system changes and enhancements.

Configure and optimize Workday business processes as per evolving business needs.

Develop and maintain standard and custom reports (BIRT, dashboards, analytic).

Manage Workday security configurations, including roles, domains, and access control.

Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations (inbound/outbound, APIs, EIBs, etc.).

Perform impact analysis and implement system changes with minimal disruption.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
