The HR Generalist support the HR department in ensuring smooth, efficient and customer friendly business operations. Administer healthy & wellness benefits, recruiting programs and payroll. Actively participate in administrative and strategic responsibilities for important functions of the department and company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three to six years related Human Resource experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
- An HR certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS. Proficient with software programs and analytical skills.
- Accounting and/or Payroll experience is helpful, as well as Union experience.
- Must be extremely detail orientated; able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
