HR Generalist (Bostik Philippines – Tanay Manufacturing Plant)
Job Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
Manage end‑to‑end hiring for plant and office‑based roles (screening, interviewing, job offers).
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires assigned to the manufacturing plant.
Maintain updated manpower profiles and support workforce planning requirements.
2. Employee & Labor Relations
Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and support disciplinary actions following company guidelines and the Labor Code.
Assist in handling CBA concerns (if applicable), engagements with workers' representatives, and plant‑level ER initiatives.
Maintain harmonious working relationships across production shifts and support cycle‑count feedback mechanisms (pulse checks, skip-level check-ins).
