We are a fast-growing startup building our Mexico operations and are looking for an HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR and general administration (HRGA) execution. This role will ensure local labor compliance, manage payroll and HR administration, support HR systems implementation, and drive recruitment to support rapid hiring.You will work closely with leaders in Mexico and collaborate with HR counterparts across Asia, so strong communication and coordination skills are essential.Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, internal policies, and HR best practices
Manage payroll coordination (inputs, validations, attendance/OT, deductions, benefits administration) and work with external payroll or service vendors
