Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Generalist at Teviant Beauty, located in San Juan City. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR policies, handling employee benefits programs, recruitment, Timekeeping, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. You will assist in handling employee relations, onboarding, and other HR-related duties to foster a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management skills
Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration processes
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for managing employee relations
Proficiency in using HR software tools and familiarity with labor laws
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
